Policy on Confirmation:
- After a successful booking, the customer receives an email confirmation voucher.
- In the event that the customer's preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be negotiated and a new confirmation voucher will be given via email.
- Alternatively, the consumer may cancel their reservation prior to confirmation and receive a full refund.
Policy on Cancellation:
- If you cancel 15 days before your trip, you will be charged 30.0 percent of the entire tour cost as cancellation fees.
- If you cancel between 7 and 10 days before your trip, you will be charged 50.0 percent of the entire tour cost as cancellation fees.
- If you cancel between 0 and 7 days before your trip, you will be charged 100.0 percent of the entire tour cost as cancellation fees.
Policy on Payment Terms:
- 0 days prior to the booking date, 100% of the total tour cost must be paid.
Policy on Refunds:
- If you are eligible for a refund once your tour has been successfully cancelled. The amount of your refund will be put into the payment account you used to make your payment to us. Within 10 business days, the applicable refund amount will be processed.
